*For those who aren’t familiar with ‘Nasi Tumpeng’, it’s a cone-shaped yellow rice dish resembling a mountain, served with various Indonesian traditional side dishes to celebrate an important event.

okay so this might be a totally small and minor detail in the manga but this just makes me so so so happy. i can’t believe they even brought it up!!
they were talking about how it’s a trope in manga that the tomboy girl actually wants to be super girly in the inside and then mikorin’s like i wonder if kashima is like that!! AND SHE’S NOT!! SHE DOESN’T CARE!! and that just makes me sooo happy because god damn i hate it when the tomboy girl secretly wants to be “girly” as if there’s something wrong with just enjoying being the way she is. like kashima doesn’t care about wearing dresses and shit but dressing as a guy is still what she enjoys and what she’s comfortable with, none of that “hidden girly desires” shit.
i mean it’s fine if you want to be girly. nothing wrong with being feminine and doing things considered feminine, but it gets really annoying when every single tomboy character turns out to be this way as if there’s something wrong with being a tomboy.
kashima is like my modern haruka tenouh /cries/ so beautiful i cry
